Upgrading
From Settings → Billing → Change plan. Clerk handles checkout through Stripe; no card needed on Free. Upgrades are prorated, downgrades take effect at the end of the billing cycle.
Overage (Pro only)
Pro includes 50 nodes per cluster. Additional nodes are metered at $2 / node / month and billed at the end of the cycle — no surprise invoice. You see projected overage in the billing settings page throughout the month.
When you hit the 25-cluster ceiling, talk to us about Enterprise. Pro isn't priced to scale to dozens of clusters.
Cancellation
Downgrading to Free from Settings → Billing keeps your data. Clusters beyond the Free cap are marked as over-limit and paused until you delete them or upgrade back.
Deleting the workspace (Owner only) permanently removes all clusters, graph state, and tenant data. Billing archives and Stripe invoices stay for regulatory retention (7 years).
AI / MCP endpoint usage
The MCP endpoint (correlate(), blast_radius(), query_cluster(), aggregate_clusters()) is:
- Not available on Free
- 120 requests / minute on Pro
- Unlimited on Enterprise, with private endpoints (mTLS + IP allowlist)
